GROWING
IN FAITH

Sunday
School, Age
3 through Grade 6, 9:45 a.m.
The Sunday School curriculum is filled with New Testament
storiesl. Jr.
High Study,
Using the Reel to Reel curriculum, students watch
movies and discuss the religious values and messages
they perceive.
Confirmation,
Grades
7 through 9, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
These large and small group gatherings have a component
of service and fellowship. Topics will include an overview
of the Apostles Creed, The Lord's Prayer and Martin
Luther's teachings. Students complete worship notes,
a faith statement and attend confirmation retreats.
Sr.
High Study-
Students discuss current faith issues relevant to teens
along with fellowship and pizza.

Adult
Learning,
Adults
are invited to weekly Bible groups. Forums are held
on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m.
Vacation
Bible School,
Ages 3 through 2nd grade are invited to our summer education
adventure to learn more about Jesus and His stories.
FAITH
STEPS
Baptism
Bible Presentation, Children
are presented with their own Children's Bible on the
day of their baptism so that they may hear God's Word
at an early age.
Third
Grade Bible Presentation,
Each third grade student will receive a student Bible
and we encourage them to bring their Bible to Sunday
School and Wednesday School.
First
Communion, Third
graders will receive the sacrament of Holy Communion
after they complete the curriculum Come to the Table
and have an understanding of the joy and power of God's
grace given to them through this sacrament.
Together
in Faith, is
a new parent/child curriculum taught in Sunday School.
Each grade has a specific topic that is taught for two
weeks with parents joining their children for class.
The topics include: 3 yr olds - Praying Together, 4
yr olds - The Keys, Kindergarten - The Lord's Prayer,
Grade 1 - The Ten Commandments, Grade 2 - What's Fair,
Grade 3 - Opening the Bible, Grade 4 - The Apostle's
Creed and Grade 5 - Real Life.
